Vehicle family
L6, L7, L8, L9, Li ONE and Li MEGA should be treated as separate applications unless an OE reference confirms a shared component.
BRAND AND PARTS REFERENCE
Why Li Auto’s model development matters when a workshop or distributor needs to identify a replacement part correctly.
THE EARLY STORY
Li Auto was established in 2015. Its first production vehicle, Li ONE, began volume production in November 2019. The company later built the L-series around several family-oriented SUV formats, while Li MEGA, launched in March 2024, marked Li Auto’s first battery-electric MPV. These milestones matter to the aftermarket because a growing vehicle range creates different production periods, electrical architectures and equipment combinations.
For a parts buyer, the useful lesson is simple: “Li Auto” is not a sufficient application. A requested component should be tied to the exact vehicle model, market, build period and OE reference wherever possible.
WHAT CHANGES A PART REQUEST
L6, L7, L8, L9, Li ONE and Li MEGA should be treated as separate applications unless an OE reference confirms a shared component.
Parts can change during a model cycle. A build date is particularly useful for lighting, trim, electronics and connectors.
Domestic and export-market vehicles can use different hardware or software configurations. Visual similarity is not proof of fitment.
The complete original-equipment number on the label is the fastest starting point for a catalogue or manual review.
A BETTER REQUEST
These details help our sourcing team review the requested part before a supply route or price is confirmed. They do not replace professional installation, diagnostics or high-voltage safety procedures.
